Primary Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with
PPAP control plans
and
quality procedures
.
Maintain adherence to
AS9100, ISO 9001, AS13100
and other customer‑specific aviation requirements.
Maintain adherence to
NADCAP for Fluid distribution Systems and welding
and other customer‑specific aviation requirements.
Identify, develop, and implement
quality improvement and monitoring processes
for product conformity.
Prepare and manage
First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)
.
Conduct
Process Capability Studies
within the
FAI stage (Cp, Cpk, GR&R, MSA)
.
Implement
in‑process quality checks
and
mistake‑proofing techniques
(e.g., gauge & position controls).
Review and update
Control Plans, PFMEA, and Work Instructions
at the
FAI stage
.
Investigate and address
non‑conformances (NCRs)
and define
permanent corrective actions
.
Implement
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
for process stability.
Promote
best practices
to reduce
waste, cost, and defects
.
Performance monitoring of self and the Quality team
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance plans, procedures, and policies.
Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with Nadcap requirements as well as internal quality standards.
Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide training and support to team members on quality practices, standards, and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.
Act as a liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies during quality assessments and audits.
Prepare detailed reports regarding quality performance and compliance status for management review.
Additional Duties
Coordinate internal quality meetings and

inline inspection technologies

Conduct in‑depth
quality concepts analysis
(PPAP, SPC, 8D, FMEA, 5S & Supplier Quality).
Support
real‑time SPC monitoring
and data‑driven decision‑making.
Support in absence of fellow Quality personnel
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
(Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or equivalent).
5–8 years of experience
in
Aerospace Manufacturing Quality
.
Strong working knowledge of
AS9100, NADCAP, ISO 9001, FAA, and EASA regulations
.
Hands‑on expertise in
CMM, GD&T, SPC, NDT
, and related quality tools.
Proficiency in
Quality tools
such as
8D, 5‑Why, DMAIC, and PFMEA
.
Excellent
analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in
cross‑functional teams
.
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
