Key Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end Quality Assurance
activities for fintech products (payments, banking, financial platforms).
Design, execute, and maintain
functional and automation test scripts
.
Implement and manage
automation testing using Selenium with Java
.
Perform thorough functional testing with a strong focus on
edge cases and negative scenarios
.
Collaborate closely with
Product, Development, and Business teams
to ensure reliable and timely releases.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical direction to
junior QA team members
.
Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.
Support basic
performance testing
activities and identify potential bottlenecks.
Key Requirements
Strong hands-on expertise in
functional testing
.
Proven experience in
automation testing using Selenium with Java
.
Basic knowledge of
performance testing tools
(e.g., JMeter).
Prior experience in
fintech or financial services
is highly preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to
anticipate failure points, risks, and edge cases
.
Demonstrated
leadership skills
with the ability to mentor and take ownership of QA processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
