Job Responsibilities
Mentor and guide junior QA testers, providing training and support as needed
Lead testing efforts for more complex projects, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy
Conduct post-release / post-implementation testing. Assist with technical or training documentation.
Create test data for test execution. Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Testers, and Product Owners to deliver on behalf of the customer with quality.
Be involved in day-to-day data testing, analyzing, documentation, troubleshooting and reporting.
Perform usability, functional, and regression testing.
Evaluate product functionality according to specifications.
Document defects using bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
Report bugs and errors to development teams.
Communicate with the team on issues and risks and help to troubleshoot.
Provide input on software quality and usability.
Maintain and update test documentation and reports to reflect the current state of testing activities.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore testing team
