Skills
Strong experience in manual testing and test case creation.
Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Katalon Studio, Selenium etc.).
Experience in
load testing tools
(e.g., JMeter, k6, LoadRunner).
Understanding of
VAPT concepts
and common security vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10).
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Experience with bug tracking tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with AI-based testing tools (e.g., test automation using AI/ML, self-
healing scripts, test optimization tools).
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and mentor junior QA members
Exposure to performance testing or API testing (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.) -
Good to have
Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript) - Good to have
Experience in CI/CD pipelines - Good to have
Responsibility
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on
business requirements.
Perform hands-on manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and
UAT testing.
Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand features and improve
test coverage.
Develop and execute automation test scripts using appropriate frameworks/tools.
Ensure continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Leverage AI tools to enhance testing efficiency (test generation, defect prediction,
etc.).
Participate in reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
