Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and highly capable
Salesforce Senior QA / Lead QA professionals
with strong expertise in
Salesforce testing, quality assurance, and automation
across specialized cloud platforms.
The selected candidates will be responsible for driving
end-to-end QA activities
, ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and business readiness of Salesforce implementations across multiple cloud solutions.
This hiring is focused on strengthening our QA capability in key Salesforce domains, and we strongly prefer candidates with
industry-specific QA experience
relevant to the respective cloud areas, as this will help accelerate onboarding and improve delivery quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute
end-to-end QA activities
across Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and releases.
Design and maintain
test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
for cloud-specific business processes.
Perform
functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT support testing
.
Collaborate with
Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Product Owners
to validate requirements and business flows.
Identify, track, and validate defects and ensure timely closure.
Ensure robust testing coverage for
integrations, data validations, cloud workflows, and end-to-end business processes
.
Support
manual and automation testing efforts
where applicable.
Participate in
Agile/Scrum ceremonies
, release planning, and production validation activities.
Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to quality best practices.
Specialized Skill Requirements
1. Marketing Cloud QA (3 Resources)
Candidates should have strong experience in:
Journey Builder
Email Studio
Automation Studio
AMPscript
Data Extensions
Integration Testing
Campaign workflow validation, subscriber journeys, personalization, and automation testing
2. Consumer Goods Cloud QA (3 Resources)
Candidates should have experience in:
Industry-specific testing
for Consumer Goods Cloud implementations
Testing of
high-volume consumer-facing implementations
Validation of large-scale business workflows and domain-specific use cases
Strong understanding of consumer goods operational and business process testing
3. Commerce Cloud QA (2 Resources)
Candidates should have expertise in:
B2C / B2B storefront testing
Checkout flow validation
Promotions and discounts testing
Inventory validation
Performance / load testing considerations
PCI compliance aspects
End-to-end validation of cart, payment, order, and customer experience flows
4. Playwright + Salesforce Cloud QA (2 Resources)
Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in:
Playwright automation framework
UI automation and regression automation
Salesforce cloud testing across multiple clouds
Automation framework design, reusable scripts, and test execution
Strong understanding of Salesforce UI/business flow validation with automation coverage
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of QA / Software Testing experience
Strong experience in
Salesforce ecosystem testing
Proven experience as a
Senior QA / Lead QA
Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following:
Marketing Cloud
Consumer Goods Cloud
Commerce Cloud
Playwright + Salesforce Cloud Automation
Strong knowledge of
manual testing, integration testing, and end-to-end validation
Experience working in
Agile/Scrum environments
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to independently own QA delivery for modules or projects
