Overview
We are looking for a highly intelligent, execution-focused Sr.
Project Manager (PMP Certified)
who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and can drive complex, tech-heavy initiatives—especially those involving
Google Business ecosystem (GBP/Google APIs)
and
AI-driven use cases
.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and a technical background (especially prior development experience) will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple SaaS-based projects across cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data, operations).
Manage projects involving
Google Business Profile (GBP), Maps, APIs, and backend integrations
.
Drive execution of
AI/ML use cases
(automation, recommendations, NLP workflows, etc.) in production environments.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams—translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; drive mitigation strategies.
Ensure high-quality delivery with strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
Work with stakeholders to prioritize features and align roadmap with business goals.
Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure disciplined execution.
Track KPIs, delivery metrics, and continuously improve processes.
Required Qualifications
6–8 years of experience
in project/program management, preferably in
SaaS companies
.
PMP Certification (mandatory)
.
Strong exposure to
Google Business Profile / Google APIs / location-based platforms
.
Experience managing projects involving
AI/ML or data-driven systems
.
Proven ability to manage
complex, high-scale backend systems
.
Strong understanding of
software development lifecycle (SDLC)
and agile frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a
Software Developer / Engineer
(highly preferred).
Familiarity with APIs, backend architectures, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
Experience in handling high-scale systems (large datasets, high traffic environments).
Exposure to
automation, bot management, or large-scale data pipelines
is a plus.
