Lead program teams across external partners and cross-functional organizations including legal, product, and engineering.
Identify and resolve organizational and administrative blockers to deliver GDC to end customers quickly and reliably.
Facilitate regular reviews to maintain momentum and ensure all partners are accountable for their respective deliverables.
Implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and improve the efficiency of the delivery model between planning signals and execution response.
Manage the requirements for global markets where lead times and regulatory environments lack established precedents.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Ability to demonstrate strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and initiative.
Ability to communicate with highly technical management teams with strong customer service focus.
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
Passion for functioning in an ambiguous and evolving engineering operations environment.
