You will coordinate delivery across engineering teams, partner with local HR on people operations, and ensure the Pune office runs effectively as the primary home for our development workforce. This is a cross-cutting role: you'll be the connective tissue between team-level execution and organizational delivery goals, working daily with Technical Owners, Product Owners, and senior developers
