About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key charters across the Talent & Business Success suite. The role focuses on improving workflows for managers, employees, and hiring teams, driving module-level outcomes, and ensuring high quality delivery across performance, goals, learning touchpoints, and hiring workflows. You will work with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to solve customer problems with clarity and ownership. Key Responsibilities - Own roadmap execution for one or more Talent suite modules. Run discovery with HR leaders, managers, and employees. Define clear problem statements and success metrics. Coordinate delivery across engineering and design. Improve adoption, usability, and customer outcomes. Mentor junior PMs and contribute to product rituals. Who We’re Looking For - 4–7 years of PM experience. Strong problem framing and systems thinking. Experience with multi-step people workflows. Strong collaboration and communication. Comfortable driving outcomes with cross-functional teams.
