About the Role
We are looking for a pioneering Senior Product Manager to own and build our foundational AI Services Platform. This is a high-agency, 0-to-1 product leadership role that will shape the future of intelligence across the entire Keka product suite. You will not be building a single feature; you will be building the centralized nervous system that empowers 15+ products to ship innovative AI-powered experiences responsibly and at scale.
You will work at the intersection of large language models (LLMs), platform APIs, data strategy, and AI governance. Your role is to provide the building blocks—like semantic search services, agent frameworks, and a secure inference layer—that make our product teams faster and our product smarter.
Key Responsibilities
● AI Platform Strategy:
Define and own the roadmap for Keka’s core AI services, balancing foundational investments with the immediate needs of internal product teams.
● API-First Product Development:
Design, launch, and scale robust, well-documented APIs and services for core AI capabilities (e.g., Text Generation, Semantic Search/RAG, Agentic Workflows).
● Internal Customer Enablement:
Act as the "Product Manager for our Product Managers." Deeply understand the needs of our internal pods, co-develop their AI feature roadmaps, and drive adoption of your platform
● AI Governance & Operations:
Establish the frameworks for responsible AI development at Keka, including cost management, data privacy, security, and model evaluation standards.
● 0-to-1 Innovation:
Lead the charge on prototyping and validating next-generation AI use cases, moving quickly from concept to a scalable platform service.

Who We're Looking For
●
5-8 years of product management experience, with a strong track record in B2B SaaS.
● At least 2+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping products powered by Generative AI / LLMs (e.g., search/RAG systems, AI agents, copilots). This is a must-have.
● Strong technical depth and an API-first mindset. You are comfortable discussing model trade-offs, vector databases, and API design with engineers.
● Experience in a platform or internal tooling role is a major plus.
