<p><strong>In this role, as a Senior Product Designer, you will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design the core experiences that restaurants, partners, and internal teams use to connect to OpenTable — from onboarding, reporting, security, to APIs and partner tools.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with a smart and dedicated team of product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver practical, high‑quality solutions that scale.</li>
<li>Champion product concepts that expertly balance customer needs with critical business goals.</li>
<li>Become an expert in restaurants’ needs by planning and facilitating research with restaurant owners and staff; turning findings into actionable design direction.</li>

<p><strong>Please apply if:</strong></p>
<p>You enjoy solving complex design challenges and are a systems thinker. You have experience designing for web and have an exceptional portfolio that showcases a breadth of product design work. You also have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design.</li>
<li>Experience designing for B2B experiences or a proven track record of solving for highly complex workflows.</li>
<li>Experience leading and facilitating workshops with cross functional partners.</li>
<li>Led end-to-end user research initiatives including planning, facilitating, and synthesis to translate findings into intuitive, evidence-based design solutions that directly address user pain points.</li>
<li>The ability to manage time effectively and can self-direct to deliver against agreed-upon commitments.</li>
<li>Previous experience with integrations and APIs is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong visual and interaction skills.</li>
<li>The ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes while advocating for the user.</li>
<li>Incorporated AI into workflows to improve and speed up design process and outcomes.</li>
<li>Strong curiosity and willingness to learn from others.</li>
<li>An appetite and appreciation for feedback from stakeholders and peers.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills and can clearly articulate design decisions.</li>
<li>Experience working with remote teams.</li>
<li>Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools.</li>
</ul>
