About the role:
You'll be joining a small, high-ownership design team, working on high-traffic consumer products — funnels, growth surfaces, and core user journeys. You'll own your work end-to-end and lead as the team grows.
3–4 years of product design experience in consumer internet
Portfolio showing work on scaled, customer-facing products — conversion funnels, storefronts, growth flows
AI-first mindset: you use AI tools actively in your workflow and can translate designs into front-end code
Strong UX fundamentals and a sharp eye for what users actually do, not what they say
Experience building or scaling a design system for a consumer app
Understanding of business context — you know why a metric matters
Good to have
