<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Platform & AI Developer to join our digital transformation team. This role is responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions across the full Microsoft Power Platform suite — Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across the platform, hands-on AI integration experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams in an Agile delivery environment.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and deploy solutions across Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio.</li>
<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.</li>
<li>Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities using AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio.</li>
<li>Lead end-to-end solution delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.</li>
<li>Enforce Power Platform governance standards including CoE policies, DLP, and environment strategy.</li>
<li>Manage ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub for solution deployment.</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and citizen developers.</li>
<li>Document solution designs, data flows, and technical specifications to enterprise standards.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills and Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development across multiple components.</li>
<li>Deep hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows), and Power BI.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Dataverse, Power Fx, DAX, and custom connectors.</li>
<li>Experience building Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and integrating AI Builder models.</li>
