We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Senior Marketing Operations & CRM Executive who understands digital marketing operations, CRM management, marketing automation, lead nurturing, campaign coordination, and sales support processes.
The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with strong multitasking abilities and should be comfortable coordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and leadership while managing marketing workflows, databases, automation tasks, and campaign execution activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing marketing operations, organizing data, supporting digital campaigns, improving workflows, and driving coordination between marketing and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage day-to-day marketing execution activities across multiple projects and campaigns
Handle CRM systems, lead databases, pipeline tracking, and marketing data management
Manage lead records, segmentation, database hygiene, and lead allocation processes
Support LinkedIn, Meta, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing campaign coordination and execution
Manage email marketing workflows, campaign scheduling, automation sequences, and lead nurturing activities
Coordinate with internal teams such as digital marketing, design, development, content, and sales for timely project execution
Communicate and coordinate with external vendors, partners, and clients whenever required
Assist in CRM automation workflows, sales pipeline management, and marketing process improvements
Work closely with sales and business development teams to support lead generation and follow-up processes
Track campaign performance and maintain reports using Excel, CRM tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms
Manage campaign calendars, marketing assets, execution timelines, and coordination activities
Support social media coordination, landing page updates, and lead generation initiatives
Work on tools such as Zoho CRM/Bigin, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and automation tools
Ensure smooth coordination between strategy, marketing, sales, and execution teams
Support process-driven execution and maintain operational efficiency across marketing activities
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and campaign execution
Experience with CRM tools, lead management, and database handling
Hands-on knowledge of Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing
Understanding of LinkedIn campaign coordination and lead generation workflows
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM-based nurturing workflows
Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong multitasking, organizational, and execution abilities
Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working with automation tools and process-driven tasks
Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment

2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM Management, Digital Marketing Coordination, or Marketing Automation
Experience in lead management, campaign coordination, and marketing operations
Strong attention to detail and execution-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
Experience coordinating between marketing, sales, and operations teams will be preferred
Candidate should be comfortable handling process-driven tasks, automation workflows, and campaign execution activities
