About This Role We are hiring an Senior Marketing Manager to build and scale Kaaiser’s B2B Marketing segment in India. This role sits at the intersection of B2B marketing and branding with strategic execution leading to following outcomes: • Generating high-quality study abroad agent leads through digital marketing. • Converting leads into active, productive channel partners • Overviewing revenue and partner productivity in assistance with sales team You will build scalable B2B lead acquisition systems, ensure tight alignment with sales teams, and be measured on business outcomes, not activity. What You Will Be Doing • B2B Marketing & Demand Generation • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality B2B agent leads • Drive performance marketing, digital campaigns, content, events, and partnerships. • Build a strong inbound and outbound lead generation engine • Brand & Positioning • Strengthen Kaaiser’s positioning as a market leader across all partner touchpoints • Ensure consistency in messaging, storytelling, and brand communication • Develop high-quality marketing assets (campaigns, decks, landing pages, emailers, websites) • Marketing Funnel Ownership • Own the end-to-end marketing funnel: awareness → lead generation → conversion → Retention • Track lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and efficiency • Sales Alignment & Impact • Work closely with sales to ensure timely follow-ups and better conversion of marketing leads • Align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and partner acquisition targets • Marketing Analytics & ROI • Monitor key metrics such as CPL, conversion rates, and campaign performance • Optimize budget allocation across channels to maximize ROI • Build scalable, cost-efficient marketing playbooks Success Metrics • Lead quality and volume from marketing channels • Campaign performance and conversion rates • Cost per lead (CPL) and marketing ROI • Contribution of marketing to partner acquisition and revenue • Brand visibility and engagement across channels What We’re Looking For • 8–10 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or growth roles • Strong experience in B2B marketing and digital lead generation • Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes through marketing campaigns • Experience working closely with sales and leadership teams • Data-driven mindset with strong focus on ROI and execution
