Sr Finance Manager (B12)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Sales Excellence Performance & Planning capability within GCC. This role will be responsible for leading a team of analysts, developing reporting tools (Power BI), and driving governance across key processes such as AOP, MBR, and long-term planning. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring data consistency, enhancing reporting capabilities, and enabling data-driven decision-making across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of analysts supporting Sales Finance and FP&A activities
Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI)
Define and standardize KPI frameworks, templates, and reporting processes
Ensure data consistency and governance across markets
Support planning cycles including AOP, MBR, and long-term planning
Act as a key interface between Sales Excellence, FP&A, and markets
Drive automation and continuous improvement of reporting and data processes
Review and validate team outputs, ensuring high quality and accuracy
Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or related analytical roles
5+ years of experience in leading and managing teams
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modelling, dashboard design)
Proven experience building tools and processes from scratch
Strong understanding of financial planning cycles (AOP, forecasting, MBR)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent English, with the ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively.
