<p><strong>In this role, the ideal candidate will be able to:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist clients in fully integrating OneStream Software systems into their current FP&A processes and provide input on best practices</li>
<li>Manage client expectations and accountability.</li>
<li>Identify new opportunities with current clients</li>
<li>Review and edit Creation of functional and technical project deliverables</li>
<li>Review and critique task estimates and technical solutions Finalizing effort estimations and project plans</li>
<li>Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering OneStream Software solutions</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>You have:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with OneStream Software implementations</li>
<li>10+ years of FP&A project management experience with a strong focus on OneStream Software or Oracle Hyperion PBCS/EPBCS implementations </li>
<li>Min 3 full lifecycle OneStream/Oracle Hyperion PBCS/EPBCS Software project as a Solution Architect</li>
<li>Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills</li>
<li>Proven business knowledge as well as OneStream EPM/CPM application specific functional knowledge</li>
<li>University degree in business, computer science or equivalent</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations</li>
<li>Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage and develop employees</li>
</ul>
