<p><span data-contrast="none">The <strong>Senior Manager Managed Services</strong> is a senior leadership role within Roboyo’s Managed Services (MS) organisation. Positioned above the Service Delivery Manager and Lead Engineer roles, this position provides cross-engagement oversight, strategic leadership, and technical governance. You will ensure that multiple client engagements consistently achieve SLA targets, deliver high-quality technical outcomes, and maintain strong financial performance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">This role reports to the APAC Regional Manager and you’ll be working within a Global MS framework, however being able to work independently is critical to the success of this role. You will be responsible for the growth and development of a rapidly growing team of currently nearly 40 in India. This role is ideal for someone who seeks to showcase their ability to build a successful organisation and combines expert people and operational leadership with strong technical understanding and excels in high-stakes client interactions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>

<p><span data-contrast="none">- Lead the growth and development of a rapidly growing team of engineers and service delivery experts working 24x7 supporting customers around the world.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">- Lead a portfolio of managed services engagements, ensuring consistent SLA achievement, quality, and client satisfaction.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">- Act as the escalation point for complex issues across engagements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">- Ensure service objects meet Roboyo’s quality, architecture, and documentation standards.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery and engineering teams.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">- Participate in executive-level client discussions, governance sessions, and strategic planning.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">- Identify systemic risks and implement cross-engagement remediation strategies.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>

<p><span data-contrast="none">- Extensive experience in managed services, automation engineering, or technical delivery leadership.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">- Understanding of automation platforms, architecture principles, and engineering best practices.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across multiple engagements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">- Exceptional communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders and executives.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
