Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified
Chartered Accountant
with significant experience in
Internal Audit
, especially with
listed companies
in
Manufacturing and IT sectors
. The role involves end-to-end audit management, team leadership, and delivering value-driven insights to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead internal audits from planning to reporting and Audit Committee presentation
Evaluate internal controls, compliance, and risk management processes
Prepare detailed audit reports and recommend process improvements
Liaise with client leadership (MDs, VPs) and firm partners
Guide junior staff and conduct internal trainings
Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure ICAI and firm ethics compliance
Identify new business opportunities during engagements
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant with strong Internal Audit experience
(preferably during articleship)
Exposure to
listed companies
in
Manufacturing/IT sectors
Proficient in audit tools, ERP like SAP and Tally. Also expertise in Advanced Excel
Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
Ability to manage teams and handle client relationships independently
