Learn more about us: https://linktr.ee/convegenius11 Key Responsibilities: Build and sustain strong relationships with senior government officials and bureaucrats in central and state government ministries Drive evidence-backed policy advocacy decisions Represent the organisation in strategic discussions with senior government stakeholders and education ecosystem partners. Understand education department's priorities, decision cycles, and policy environments and align organizational efforts. Publish articles to communicate impact and key insights from the organization's work in education domain Identify and shape growth opportunities across in central, state governments and thematic areas. Collaborate with leadership to co-develop program designs, proposals, and partnership models. Lead impact articulation through clear frameworks for measurement, reporting, and documentation. Engage with ecosystem organizations to broadbase policy recommendations and drive adoption Undertake research and stakeholder consultation to help drive decision making Communicate insights, progress, and impact narratives effectively to both government and internal leadership Be ready to operate in ambiguous environment and chart your own way forward, and juggle between multiple priorities Qualifications: MBA or Masters in Public Policy or related field. 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, public policy, project management, or government engagement. Strong exposure to working with government ecosystems in education. Extremely high on ownership and do whatever-it-takes to achieve outcomes Prior experience in advising and managing relationships with senior bureaucrats (Secretary, Joint Secretary in Central Government, or Principal Secretary or above in state government) is essential. Prior experience and understanding of leveraging tech products for social impact or having developed tech products / DPGs. Have driven data-backed advocacy efforts with senior ecosystem stakeholders to drive data-backed policy decisions Experience in leading teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs. Strategic thinker with a strong execution bias. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating complex stakeholder environments. Data-driven, impact-oriented, and deeply committed to improving public education systems. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative leadership style.
