Job Summary
The Senior Cybersecurity Manager will lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and security operations across the organization. The role will ensure the protection of enterprise systems, applications, networks, and data while enabling secure digital transformation initiatives and enablement of responsible use of AI.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement an enterprise cybersecurity strategy and governance framework
• Lead security operations, incident response, third-party risk assessment, and threat management initiatives
• Establish security policies, standards, and compliance controls
• Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, patch governance, and risk remediation
• Oversee identity and access management, endpoint security, email security, and cloud security
• Drive dark web monitoring, external threat monitoring, and cyber threat intelligence initiatives
• Monitor phishing simulations, credential exposure risks, and security awareness programs
• Collaborate with infrastructure, applications, and digital transformation teams
• Drive cybersecurity awareness, DLP, and enterprise security training programs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and enterprise security requirements
• Define and monitor cybersecurity KPIs, operational dashboards, and executive security scorecards
Experience/Technical Expertise
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk management
• Experience managing enterprise security programs and teams
• Strong exposure to manufacturing, FMCG/CPG, or enterprise environments preferred
• Security operations, SIEM, SOC, and incident response management
• Network security, cloud security, endpoint protection, email security, and IAM
• Experience with dark web monitoring, external threat intelligence, and threat detection tools
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, or similar security frameworks
• Experience with vulnerability management, phishing simulation, and security monitoring tools
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Strategic mindset with focus on enterprise risk management and business continuity
