Responsibility:
1.
Responsible to ensure safe
evacuation of all the employees of the department and report the numbers
during emergency.
2.
Plans implementation of Innovative techniques and
performs lab rounds to identify gaps in safety and procedures.
3.
Assesses safety related risks and guides team in
implementation of appropriate procedures to ensure safe working environment.
4.
Reviews and enable safety handing procedures in new
equipment/ instrument.
5.
Responsible to follow the GMP, GLP,
Safety norms and adhere to company’s policy.
6.
Ensure the appropriate use of
laboratory materials and equipment.
7.
Follow the material safety data
sheet instruction and wear the proper PPE before handling of chemicals.
8.
Responsible for providing job
specific trainings to provide to the down the line peoples.
9.
Follow the cleaning and washing
procedures by the guidance of Manger and above designee.
10.
Responsible for handling and calibrations of all Instruments as
per the project requirements.
11.
Review and responsible for creation of HPLC, GC method as per
the provided test procedures, run the sequence and integrating the
chromatogram, evaluate and report the results.
12.
To follow safety norms and adhere with company policy.
13.
To follow the Quality Policy & Contamination prevention
policy of the company
14.
Responsible preparation and review of Quality Manuals as per the
development data.
15.
Responsible for raise the indents of Project requirements like
chemicals HPLC, GC columns
16.
Responsible for cross functional departmental people to discuss
ongoing projects and in time deliverable of the projects
