We are looking for a Senior Manager – Agri Business to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and develop new business across agriculture and allied sectors.
Our Agri Business vertical focuses on delivering data-driven insights and intelligence to insurance companies, banks, input providers, commodity traders, and farm equipment companies.

Role Overview:
This role is a critical execution engine within the Agri Business team — responsible for managing strategic clients, closing deals, and supporting expansion into new use cases, geographies, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and deliver on assigned revenue targets within the Agri Business vertical.
Drive new client acquisition (hunter role) while also growing existing key accounts (farmer role).
Manage end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting to closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-to-senior stakeholders across: ○ Insurance companies
Banks & NBFCs (Agri/Rural lending teams)
Input companies & agri corporates
Commodity players and FPO ecosystems
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SatSure solutions.
Understand client needs and position SatSure’s offerings across:
Acreage mapping
Yield estimation
In-season crop monitoring
Support proposal creation, solution customization, and commercial discussions.
Identify and build new opportunities across geographies, crops, and use cases.
Support development of channel partnerships and ecosystem relationships.
Work closely with leadership on strategic accounts and large deals.
Coordinate with product, analytics, and delivery teams to ensure:
Smooth onboarding
High customer satisfaction
Strong retention
Provide feedback from the market to help shape the product roadmap and GTM strategy.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA/PGDM or equivalent (preferred).
5–8 years of experience in sales/business development, with exposure to:
Agri / Agri-tech / Rural ecosystems
BFSI (Agri lending/insurance) is a strong plus
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in solution selling / SaaS / data-driven products preferred.
