Senior Lead – International Sales (Middle East & Africa) Location:  Hyderabad, India Experience:  3–5 Years in Software / SaaS Sales Industry Focus:  Banking | FinTech | CRM Reports To:  Co-Founder Job Summary The Sales Lead – International Sales (Middle East & Africa) will play a pivotal role in driving AllCloud’s international growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients across African and Middle Eastern markets. This role involves managing the front end of the sales funnel — including lead generation, qualification, outreach, product demos, and assisting with proposal drafting and negotiations. You will work directly with the Co-Founder, gaining exposure to enterprise clients, global sales practices, and strategic go-to-market initiatives.   Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and target potential clients (banks, MFIs, FinTech’s) in the Middle East and Africa. Execute outbound lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM data, and personalized email campaigns. Conduct initial discovery and qualification calls to assess client needs and readiness. Maintain and grow a qualified lead pipeline to ensure consistent prospect engagement. 2. Product Demos & Presentations Conduct solution demonstrations and product presentations for key decision-makers including CXOs and Product Heads. Clearly communicate AllCloud’s capabilities, value proposition, and business impact. Support the Co-Founder during scoping discussions and commercial negotiations. 3. Proposal & Documentation Draft and structure proposals, presentations, and RFP responses aligned with client requirements. Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams for input and alignment. Maintain updated documentation and opportunity details in Zoho CRM or similar tools. 4. Relationship Management & Market Insights Build strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders and ecosystem partners. Represent AllCloud at relevant industry forums, webinars, and client meetings. Track and share insights on regional market trends, competition, and customer needs to refine AllCloud’s sales approach.   Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in enterprise software / SaaS sales, preferably in Banking, FinTech, or CRM domains. Demonstrated experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outbound Email Campaigns, and CRM-based lead tracking. Strong ability to conduct product demos and client presentations independently. Excellent English communication (verbal and written) with professional presentation skills. Strong skills in proposal writing, documentation, and RFP preparation. Proficient in Zoho CRM (preferred), MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Prior exposure to Middle East or African markets is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field. Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%).
