Job Description
This role delivers technical architecture and support to customers, allowing them to maximize their investment in Microsoft cloud technology. The ideal candidates will have experience leading in a customer-facing consulting role and proven success in implementing and supporting Microsoft solutions including Azure and Microsoft 365.

Professional Experience
‘General Requirements’ experience required, plus at least one additional ‘Focus Area’. The ideal candidate will have some experience in both Azure and Microsoft 365 with a deep understanding of at least one of them.
General Requirements
5+ years of experience in customer-facing, IT consulting roles
Ability to align customer’s business needs with Microsoft technology solutions, focusing on Azure and Microsoft 365
Experience with creating client-facing deliverables, including solution architectures, project documentation, and/or root cause analysis documents
Experience leading projects in a direct customer-facing role
Experience in migrating enterprise-size clients to Azure and/or Microsoft 365 solutions
Focus Area: Azure Infrastructure
5 years’ experience in working with Azure workstreams as part of primary responsibilities.
Experience with designing enterprise-scale Azure environments, with a focus on infrastructure
Deep familiarity with governance, networking, and scalability in Azure (for example, tagging, management groups, billing, ExpressRoute/VPN connections, etc.)
Experience with Compute-related concepts in Azure: VMs, disks and storage, etc.
Understanding of secure configurations in Azure and ability to consistently design and implement secure environments
Experience designing and implementing Azure landing zones aligned to Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework
Strong experience with Azure networking architectures, including hub-and-spoke, vWAN, private endpoints, DNS strategy, and hybrid connectivity patterns
Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform for repeatable deployments
Experience with cost management strategies in Azure, including budgeting, reservations, and optimization of compute/storage resources
Ability to evaluate and modernize legacy infrastructure for cloud migration (rehost, replatform, refactor patterns)
Experience with hybrid cloud scenarios, including integration with on-premises datacenters and multi-cloud considerations where applicable
Ability to lead architecture reviews, governance boards, and design authority discussions with senior client stakeholders
Focus Area: Microsoft 365
5 years’ experience in working with Microsoft 365 workstreams as part of primary responsibilities.
Technical skills:
Deep expertise and familiarity with the M365 suite including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business and related services.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing
Hands on experience with implementation or management of Entra ID (Azure AD), including MFA, Conditional Access Policies, and hybrid identity solutions (via Entra Connect sync)
Strong understanding of different authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
Experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Security including but not limited to the Microsoft Defender Suite, Cloud App Security, Information Protection,
Understanding of Microsoft Governance and Compliance tools like Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Priva, DLP policies, etc.
Hands-on experience planning and executing migrations to Microsoft 365
Teams Voice experience is nice to have
Other Skills & Responsibilities:
Prior consulting and advisory experience with clients
Technical troubleshooting skills.
