Role Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Graphic Designer
to lead creative execution for our
Airlines vertical
, with additional exposure to luxury hotel and hospitality projects. This role requires a strong design sensibility rooted in
luxury, brand storytelling, and precision
, along with the ability to translate airline brand guidelines into compelling visual narratives.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of luxury, strategy, and storytelling, and who understands the nuance required to design for the world’s most premium travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Airlines & Pitch Design
Design high-impact
pitch decks, proposals, and presentations
for airline clients, particularly for Business Class and First Class amenity programs.
Translate airline brand guidelines, cabin philosophies, and cultural nuances into cohesive design systems.
Create visual narratives that clearly communicate concepts, materials, finishes, and onboard experience flows.
Concept Development & Innovation
Develop
new amenity kit concepts
, themes, and collections aligned with airline brand DNA and global luxury trends.
Conceptualize innovative bag designs, materials, finishes, and storytelling frameworks.
Contribute creatively to trend research, mood boards, and future-facing design directions.
Luxury Hotels & Hospitality Projects
Support the creation of innovative visual concepts for
luxury hotels and hospitality brands
.
Design brand-aligned assets for guest amenities, in-room experiences, and luxury touchpoints.
Brand & Visual Excellence
Ensure consistency, refinement, and attention to detail across all creative outputs.
Maintain a premium aesthetic aligned with global luxury and aviation standards.
Review and refine layouts, typography, color palettes, and imagery to meet high-end brand expectations.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with internal teams across marketing, product, sourcing, and leadership.
Collaborate with international luxury brands, airline stakeholders, and hospitality partners.
Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining design integrity and quality.
Leadership & Ownership
Mentor junior designers and guide creative execution where required.
Take ownership of projects from concept through final delivery.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
5 - 7 years of experience in
graphic design
, preferably within luxury, aviation, hospitality, or premium consumer brands.
Strong expertise in
Adobe Creative Suite
(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); presentation design experience is essential.
Proven experience designing
pitch decks and client-facing presentations
.
Excellent understanding of
luxury branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
.
Ability to conceptualize and articulate design ideas clearly.
Strong attention to detail and high standards of execution.
Desirable Experience
Experience working with
airlines, luxury hospitality, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands

Exposure to product, packaging, or amenity design concepts.
Understanding of global design and luxury trends.
