About this role

Lead business development for corporate interior and exterior landscaping and biophilic solutions across the Bengaluru region, with responsibility for revenue, profitability and key accounts for Supply and Service Business Vertical. Drive new client acquisition and expansion within existing enterprise accounts (tech parks, GCCs, IT/ITES, corporate offices, co-working, BFSI, consulting).​ Lead business development for corporate interior and exterior landscaping and biophilic solutions across the Bengaluru region, with responsibility for revenue, profitability and key accounts for Supply and Service Business Vertical. Drive new client acquisition and expansion within existing enterprise accounts (tech parks, GCCs, IT/ITES, corporate offices, co-working, BFSI, consulting).​ Key responsibilities Drive business development efforts in Bengaluru, acquire new corporate clients and consistently achieve sales and margin targets for interior and exterior landscaping services (indoor plants, green walls, planters, biophilic features, AMCs).​ Build and manage strong relationships with corporate real estate heads, facility managers, PMCs, architects, interior design firms and influencers in the Bengaluru commercial real estate ecosystem.​ Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, client meetings, site visits, solutioning with design/operations, proposal and BOQ preparation, pricing, negotiations and contract closure.​ Develop a robust, city-wide sales pipeline; forecast and report monthly/quarterly performance, and ensure healthy conversion ratios from enquiry to order.​ Position the company as a preferred partner for corporate interiors and workplace landscaping in Bengaluru through regular interactions, presentations, industry events and thought-leadership engagements.​ Work closely with design, projects and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, commercially viable and executable within agreed SLAs.​ Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends in Bengaluru’s interior design and landscaping space; feed insights into product development and pricing strategy.​ Mentor and guide BD / sales executives in the region, setting clear targets, reviewing progress and driving a performance-oriented culture.​ Required qualifications & experience 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales / business development, with at least 5 years in interiors, workplace design, landscaping, facility management or related built-environment services, preferably in Bengaluru market.​ Strong existing network with corporate occupiers, PMCs, architects, and interior design firms in Bengaluru’s prime micro-markets (ORR, Whitefield, North Bengaluru, CBD, etc.).​ Demonstrated track record of closing large-ticket corporate projects and managing multi-stakeholder decision cycles.​ Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Horticulture or related fields; MBA preferred.​ Skills & competencies Strong strategic selling and key account management skills; comfort engaging CXO / director-level stakeholders.​ Solid understanding of interior landscaping solutions (plant species, planters, layouts, maintenance models, SLAs and costing).​ Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. High ownership, result orientation, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.​
