You will build high-quality, scalable, and secure software that powers enterprise data exchange for more than 1,000 customers worldwide.</p> <ul> <li>Architect and develop enterprise-grade services using&nbsp;<strong>Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Hibernate</strong></li> <li>Design and optimize highly available, high-throughput systems for file transfer and data processing</li> <li>Build and maintain&nbsp;<strong>RESTful APIs</strong>&nbsp;and integration endpoints for enterprise customers</li> <li>Implement security best practices across authentication, authorization, and encryption</li> <li>Contribute to&nbsp;<strong>React-based</strong>&nbsp;front-end development for admin and monitoring interfaces</li> <li>Leverage&nbsp;<strong>Docker</strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Kubernetes</strong>&nbsp;to build and deploy cloud-native services</li> <li>Partner with Product Management to translate requirements into scalable technical designs</li> <li>Lead code reviews, drive continuous improvement, and mentor junior engineers</li> <li>Play an active role in roadmap discussions, technical strategy, and innovation initiatives</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>YOUR EXPERIENCE</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field</li> <li>5+ years building and shipping production software in Java/Spring ecosystems</li> <li>Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud deployment</li> <li>Deep understanding of secure protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS) or willingness to master them</li> <li>Solid experience with SQL and relational data modeling; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus</li> <li>Experience with GitLab CI/CD or equivalent for automated build/test/deploy</li> <li>Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible) a plus</li> <li>Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with automated unit and integration test frameworks&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li> <li>Strong communication and leadership potential</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="css-1i27f3a"> <div class="css-ey7qxc"> <div class="css-1s1axh3" data-automation-id="jobPostingDescription"> <p><em>If you like growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>THE LEGAL BIT</strong><br>Redwood is an equal opportunity employer.
