Senior Full Stack Developer IV-IN
Job Location:
Mumbai (Preference) or Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support
trading platform applications and integrations
used across front office, middle office, and back office functions.
Might work with
traders, risk teams, and operations
to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain
applications
using
Java and/or Python
.
Write and optimize complex
SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures
to support trading workflows and analytics.
Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
Take
ownership of critical components
of the trading platform and drive improvements in reliability, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
risk, operations, compliance, and technology
.
Contribute to
system architecture, code reviews, and best engineering practices
.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience
in software engineering within
capital markets or financial services
.
Strong programming skills in
Java and Python
.
Deep expertise in
SQL databases
(SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar).
Knowledge of
credit products and instruments
.
Good understanding of the
trade lifecycle
including trade capture, allocations, settlements, and reporting.
Excellent
problem-solving and debugging skills
.
Strong
communication skills
with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
Proven ability to
take ownership and drive initiatives independently
.
