The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with strong business acumen to support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.   POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets Maintain and administer FP&A; A software, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality Manage SAAS costs model maintenance, monitoring, and forecasting Perform detailed review, tracking, and forecasting of non-compensation OPEX Conduct detailed review, tracking, and forecasting of Headcount and related costs Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks Perform gross margin reporting and analysis Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies Support budget planning and forecasting processes Assist in preparing presentations for senior management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data REQUIRED SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis or related role Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Basic knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools Preferred Qualifications Professional certification (CFA, CPA) Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools Enterprise SAAS experience Project management experience Skills & Competencies Financial modeling and analysis Strategic thinking and problem-solving Data visualization and presentation Time management and organization Team collaboration Business acumen Written and verbal communication Attention to detail Benefits: As a full-time employee with Securonix, you will be eligible for the following employee benefits: Health Insurance with a total sum insured is INR 7,50,000 Coverage: Self, Spouse, 2 kids, Dependent parents, or parents-in-law Personal Accident with total sum insured is INR 10,00,000 Term Life Insurance with a sum assured for employees is 5 times fixed base pay is covered.   Securonix, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.  Securonix complies with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location where the company has facilities.
