Job Shift - 2 PM to 11 PM Key Responsibilities Closely work with BU leaders and develop Asia region’s financial strategy and investment goals. You will act as a controller and financial advisor overseeing the investment portfolio ensuring optimal resource allocation and controls. Manage FP&A cycles and refine Capex and Opex budgeting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Partner with business unit finance and operations supporting investment decisions on corporate programs aimed at enhancing P&L and competitively positioning AMAT. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and develop frameworks to analyze and make recommendations on key programs. Track program milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress against budget and schedule. Partner with operations to monitor ecosystem and competitive trends in Asia region. Determine and execute internal commerce allocations for shared services groups Key Expectations Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross functional teams and engage multiple stakeholders to drive global-scale programs. Self-starter: Be curious, develop a deeper understanding of the business, and take initiatives to deliver good results in a fast-paced environment. Cultivate strong, positive relationships and build credibility to influence high impact decisions. Leadership  Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements Problem Solving Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information Impact Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies Qualifications 7+ years of experience in FP&A and strategic finance roles MBA plus Engineering is preferable.
