About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior R2R professional to manage end-to-end accounting,
financial reporting, statutory compliance, and monthly book closure activities across multiple entities. The ideal
candidate should have strong experience in SaaS accounting, reconciliations, statutory filings, and automation
initiatives using accounting systems such as Zoho Books.
1. Monthly Book Closure & Financial Reporting
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure activities for all entities.
• Prepare financial statements including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and reporting compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders.
2. Provisions & Expense Accounting
• Create and review monthly provisions and accruals.
• Ensure accurate expense classification and GL mapping.
• Review and approve vendor invoices and accounting treatment.
• Monitor prepaid expenses and amortization schedules.
3. Balance Sheet Reconciliation & Cleanup
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Drive cleanup of aged outstanding items.
• Reconcile bank, vendor, customer, payroll, deferred revenue, and intercompany ledgers.
• Maintain audit-ready reconciliation schedules.
4. Statutory Compliance & Taxation
• Prepare and review statutory reports and compliance workings.
• Handle TDS, GST, USA VAT/Sales Tax, and USA filings.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax advisors.
• Ensure compliance with statutory timelines.
5. Forecasting & Cash Flow Management
• Prepare monthly cash flow statements and working capital reports.
• Support expense forecasting and cash planning.
• Assist leadership teams with financial analysis and reporting.
6. Process Improvement & Automation
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Work on ERP/accounting automation initiatives in Zoho Books.
• Improve controls, SOPs, and reporting processes.
7. Audit & Internal Controls
• Support internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit schedules.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com
• 6–7 years of R2R accounting experience.
• SaaS / IT industry experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in Zoho Books.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, reconciliations, GST, TDS, and cash flow reporting.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
