We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – HR Operations to manage and streamline day-to-day HR operational activities. The role involves handling employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, payroll coordination, compliance, HRMS management, and employee support while ensuring smooth HR processes and policy adherence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS (Keka) accuracy
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and final settlements
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies
Handle employee queries related to HR operations, policies, payroll, and benefits
Support HR audits, MIS reporting, and data management
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for smooth HR operations
Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives within HR operations
Required Skills
Strong understanding of HR operations and payroll processes
Hands-on experience with HRMS tools such as
Keka HR
or similar platforms
Good knowledge of statutory compliance and documentation
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting
Qualification
MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
3–5 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Generalist role
