Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic professional to lead and manage
Social Innovation
programs
. The role will involve
end-to-end program ownership
, including
conceptualization, program design, execution, stakeholder management, and reporting
.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable balancing
strategic thinking (concept notes, partnerships, program design)
with
strong execution capabilities (operations, tracking, governance, and delivery)
.
Scope of Work:
1. Program Strategy & Design
Lead the development of
concept notes, proposals, and program frameworks
for tech and climate tech initiatives
Identify emerging themes and opportunities in
technology and climate innovation
Design scalable program models aligned with organizational goals
2. Program Management & Execution
Own end-to-end execution of
innovation program, outreach and events
Develop detailed
project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Ensure timely delivery of milestones and program outcomes
Monitor program performance and drive continuous improvements
3. Stakeholder & Partnership Management
Manage relationships with
partners and ecosystem stakeholders
Act as a key point of contact for program-related coordination
Lead regular reviews, updates, and stakeholder communications
4. Operations, Finance & Governance
Oversee program budgets, invoices, and financial tracking
Ensure
accurate mapping of invoices to programs and cost heads
Establish strong governance mechanisms for:
Documentation
Compliance and audit readiness
5. Documentation, Reporting & Insights
Drive development of
program reports, dashboards, and impact summaries
Ensure all documentation is
structured, complete, and audit-ready
Generate insights from program data to inform decision-making and reporting
Key Deliverables:
High-quality concept notes and program proposals
Successful execution of programs within timelines and budgets
Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership outcomes
Robust documentation and audit-ready systems
Data-driven insights and reporting
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree or Diploma in any emerging technology
3+ years of experience in
program management, consulting, or social impact roles
Experience in
technology, innovation, or climate/sustainability programs
preferred
Proven experience in managing
multi-stakeholder programs
Understanding of India Startup Ecosystem
Skills & Competencies:
Strong
concept note and proposal writing skills
Excellent
project and program management abilities
Proficiency in
Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management
Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity
