LeadSquared is a fast-growing SaaS CRM company serving 2,000+ customers globally with a 1000+ member team across India, US, Middle East, ASEAN, ANZ, and South Africa.
This role is focused on owning and resolving customer technical issues end-to-end while working closely with product and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve product issues across phone, email, and chat
* Work with APIs, webhooks, and integrations
* Deliver resolutions within SLA timelines
* Support onboarding, product training, and documentation
* Collaborate with engineering on bugs and improvements
Requirements:
* 2+ years in SaaS product/technical support
* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
* Knowledge of APIs/Webhooks/Connectors
* Experience supporting enterprise customers
* Comfortable with 24/7 shifts
Good to have:
* PHP, Java, or Python knowledge
* CRM/marketing automation experience
* Ability to build sample scripts/POCs
