About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
who will work closely with Business Unit leaders to drive people strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The role requires someone who is
analytical, business-oriented, and strong in stakeholder management
, with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering
Partner closely with
Business Unit Heads and functional leaders
to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
2. People Connect & Employee Engagement
Drive regular
pulse connects, skip-level meetings, and employee engagement initiatives
to understand team sentiment and improve workplace experience.
Address employee concerns proactively and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.
3. HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decisions
Work with
HR metrics and people data
to derive insights on attrition, engagement, productivity, and performance.
Provide dashboards and reports to leadership for informed decision-making.
4. Performance & Talent Management
Support the implementation of
performance management processes
, goal setting, and feedback frameworks.
Identify high-potential employees and support leadership development initiatives.
5. Employee Relations
Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a structured and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain a positive work environment.
6. HR Programs & Initiatives
Support rollout of HR initiatives across the business such as engagement programs, culture initiatives, and leadership interventions.
Qualifications & Skills
3–5 years of experience
in HRBP roles.
Strong
stakeholder management
and ability to work closely with senior business leaders.
Comfortable working with
numbers, HR metrics, and data-driven insights
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to balance
strategic thinking with hands-on execution
.
