Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Design and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices.
Collaborate with managers to develop and execute effective performance evaluation processes, providing guidance on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
Design and Rollout Surveys and managed wellness calendar for employees
Drive Employee communication for the assigned workforce
Preferred candidate profile
MBA in HR with 3-5 years of Work Experience as an HR Business Partner
Experience of Driving Employee Engagement is a must
Experience with Sales HRBP is a good to have
