<p><strong>What will you be doing?</strong></p>
<p>1. Developing a deep understanding of the business, revenue drivers and other functions of the business unit to drive efficient growth</p>
<p>2. Creating processes for new initiative and improving the existing one with a focus on governance and revenue leakage</p>
<p>3. Review and analyze historical business trends, understand demand and supply drivers, prepare forecast data, develop financial model and evaluate business outcome</p>
<p>3. Continuously track financial and business KPIs, highlight trends and analyze the variance</p>
<p>4. Collaborate closely with business, sales and cross-functional team worldwide to ensure smooth flow of operations </p>
<p>3. Performs ad hoc analysis for executives as required</p>
<p>7. The ideal candidate has a combination of strong business acumen, communication skills, financial modelling, a positive work ethic and a track record of success.</p>

<p><strong>The Experience You'll Need:</strong></p>
<p>1. CA or MBA with 2+ years of post-qualification work experience</p>
<p>2. Previous experience as a business finance partner is desired, experience in a start-up would be preferred</p>
<p>3. Strong excel skills with hands-on experience on business analysis and reporting</p>
<p>4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to gain respect of senior management and external executives</p>
<p>5. Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally</p>
