Role & responsibilities
Develop and validate analytical methods using instruments such as
HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, and Wet Chemistry
.
Perform method transfer to QC and production units.
Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Prepare and review analytical documents including
STPs, Specifications, COAs, and Validation Protocols/Reports
.
Handle
OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and deviation investigations
.
Support R&D for process development and scale-up activities.
Ensure compliance with
GLP, ISO, and safety guidelines
.
Calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as QA, Production, and Regulatory.
Maintain proper documentation and data integrity as per company standards.
Preferred candidate profile
Educational Qualification:
M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Tech / M.Tech (Chemical) or equivalent
Experience:
812 years of experience in Analytical Development in
Chemical / Pharma / Specialty Chemical Industry
.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of analytical techniques (
HPLC, GC, UV, IR
)
Experience in method development and validation
Good understanding of documentation and regulatory requirements
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
