For more information, visit https://msu.edu.in/wise Role Overview: The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – Partnerships & Alliances (Staffing Industry) will drive business development and manage strategic relationships with mid-to-large staffing companies operating across Manufacturing and Services sectors. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and integrating WISE programs (B.Voc, D.Voc, and Skill Certification programs) into staffing companies’ workforce offerings for their client industries. This is a high-ownership, field-intensive role involving prospecting, relationship building, consultative selling, and alliance execution. The objective is to position WISE as a strategic value-add for staffing companies—helping them enhance employee retention, reduce attrition costs, improve workforce dignity, and strengthen their client value proposition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Field Outreach Identify and map mid-to-large staffing companies across Manufacturing and Services sectors. Conduct field visits, cold outreach, inside sales, and networking to build a strong pipeline. Generate qualified leads and schedule strategic meetings with decision-makers (Business Heads, Operations Heads, HR Heads). Drive new alliance closures and partnership sign-offs. 2. Alliance Building & Solution Selling Present and position WISE programs (B.Voc, D.Voc, Skill Certifications) as workforce enhancement solutions. Conduct consultative discussions to understand staffing business models and client pain points. Customize program integration frameworks aligned with staffing deployment models. Facilitate MoUs and partnership documentation in coordination with internal teams. 3. Program Integration & Onboarding Support Work closely with Operations and Academic teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding. Support rollout of WISE programs within staffing firms’ deployed workforce. Coordinate initial pilot implementations and feedback loops. Ensure smooth transition from alliance closure to execution. 4. Relationship Management & Account Growth Maintain ongoing engagement with staffing partners. Identify opportunities for program expansion across additional client industries. Drive renewals, cross-sell, and deeper portfolio integration. Track partner satisfaction and business impact metrics. 5. Market Intelligence & Reporting Provide market insights on staffing industry trends, hiring cycles, and workforce challenges. Maintain CRM discipline, reporting, and pipeline tracking. Contribute inputs for refining go-to-market strategies in the staffing segment. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of new staffing partnerships reachouts, proposals and signed Active pipeline value and conversion ratio Successful onboarding and pilot rollouts Revenue generated from staffing alliances Expansion within existing staffing accounts Partner satisfaction and retention Qualifications & Experience Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field. 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales, Staffing/HR recruitment/workforce solutions, EdTech or skill development, Corporate partnerships Strong exposure to field sales and alliance-driven business models preferred. Experience engaging with staffing firms or HR leaders will be an advantage.
