For more information, visit https://msu.edu.in/wise Role Overview: The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – Partnership Development for Education Partnerships portfolio will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing partnerships with education industry clients and stakeholders. The role requires strong research skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to connect with decision-makers to drive collaboration opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential industry partners and leads through LinkedIn and other professional platforms. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, focusing on decision-makers and key stakeholders. Initiate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and virtual meetings to introduce WISE offerings. Conduct cold outreach, inside sales, email campaigns, and networking initiatives. Schedule meetings and present WISE partnership models. Qualify leads based on strategic fit, scale potential, and long-term alignment. Present partnership proposals and coordinate the sharing of Letters of Intent (LOIs) with clients. Follow up with clients to drive conversions and close partnership opportunities. Develop a clear understanding of service-based offerings, including AI tools, smart solutions, and lead generation platforms. Collaborate closely with internal academic, operations, and leadership teams to align client requirements with solutions. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in CRM or tracking systems. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to partnership development. Qualifications & Skills Required: Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in partnership development, sales, business development, or client acquisition roles. Good experience in B2B sales, Institutional partnerships, Education / EdTech business development and Corporate outreach Strong research and prospecting capability. Strong sales aptitude with a solution-oriented mindset. Proficiency in LinkedIn-based research and lead generation. Good understanding of service-based business models, AI tools, and smart/tech-enabled solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Result-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Good analytical and follow-up skills.
