To achieve its mission, Medhavi Foundation has partnered with the National Skill Development Corporation,multiple corporates, and various State Skill Missions. Role Overview:
The Senior Executive – Accounts will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations,maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing monthly financial reports. The role requires strong expertise in Tally, accounting processes, and financial reporting to support management in monitoring financial performance and ensuring proper financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Operations
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Record journal entries, ledger postings, and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
Ensure systematic maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports for management review.
Support preparation of financial summaries, variance analysis, and management dashboards.
Assist in periodic closing of accounts.
Tally Management
Maintain accounting records using Tally ERP and ensure accuracy of entries.
Generate financial reports, ledgers, and reconciliation statements through the system.
Ensure proper classification and recording of financial transactions.
Reconciliation & Controls
Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny on a regular basis.
Ensure accuracy of financial data and maintain proper internal financial controls.
Coordination & Audit Support
Support internal and statutory audit processes by providing required financial data anddocumentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for financial information and reporting requirements.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
CA Inter / Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant Mandatory
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts and Finance
Strong proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel
Key Skills & Competencies:
Accounting and bookkeeping expertise
Financial reporting and MIS preparation
Strong knowledge of Tally and accounting systems
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Good communication and coordination skills
