Role Overview:
The Sr. Executive – Academic Content Development will be responsible for developing academic and skill-based digital content aligned with university curricula. The role focuses on creating engaging, structured, and pedagogically sound content for LMS delivery across various programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop academic content for undergraduate/postgraduate programs, including:
Study materials in the form of Books, eBooks
Presentations (PPTs)
Learning Videos
Question banks and assessments
Case studies and assignments
Convert curriculum and syllabus into structured digital learning modules
Collaborate with faculty and academic teams for content validation and enrichment
Ensure alignment with course learning outcomes (CLOs) and program objectives
Design content for LMS delivery, ensuring interactivity and learner engagement
Review and update content based on feedback, academic standards, and regulatory requirements
Maintain consistency in tone, format, and quality across courses
Support content digitization and migration to LMS platforms
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Post Graduate in Management, Logistics, IT-Software, AL-ML, Data Science or BTech
2–5 years of experience in academic content development
Strong understanding of curriculum design and higher education frameworks
Excellent English writing as well as editing and research skills
Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning formats
Required Skills & Qualifications
Post Graduate in Management, Logistics, IT-Software, AL-ML, Data Science or BTech
2–5 years of experience in academic content development
Strong understanding of curriculum design and higher education frameworks
Excellent English writing as well as editing and research skills
Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning formats
