Build and lead engineering teams to innovate, invent, implement, and deploy software solutions. Provide technical and engineering leadership for next-generation Finance Enterprise Platforms.
Oversee all technical aspects of development, including requirements definition, design, implementation, unit testing, and integration.
Exert impact and influence on colleagues outside of the direct management chain, including peer teams and their own team.Collaborate with leadership across functions and organizational boundaries to identify opportunities and drive the direction for the space. Understand, communicate, and support organization-level business objectives and priorities and invest in team's growth.
Manage teams building and implementing third-party applications specially SAP and integrations with home grown systems.
Implement SAP (S4/HANA) at enterprise scale and have Fieldglass experience.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
7 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
