We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer-Structures to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee structural engineering projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Develop and review structural designs for various construction projects
Perform complex structural calculations and analysis using advanced software tools
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
Create detailed technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct site visits to assess structural integrity and provide expert recommendations
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the structural engineering team
Participate in project planning and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget constraints
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovative structural solutions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
Hands on experience in ETABS & SAFE
6-12 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on project engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
Extensive knowledge of concept design, buildability, detailed design, and construction techniques
Proficiency in structural analysis software and 3D modeling tools
Strong understanding of CAD standards and experience with 3D working environments
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in India
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proven track record of delivering high-quality structural engineering solutions
Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development
