We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer specializing in Public Health to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our engineering department, you will lead multidisciplinary teams in designing and implementing innovative public health engineering solutions that make a lasting impact on communities.
Lead and manage complex public health engineering projects from conception to completion
Develop and review detailed designs, calculations, and specifications for public health systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and problem-solving
Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
Drive business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in public health engineering
Contribute to the strategic direction of the department and company-wide initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Public Health Engineering or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in public health engineering or related field
Chartered Engineer or Fellow status
Proven track record as a Senior Public Health Engineer
Strong expertise in design, project management, team leadership, and client liaison
Proficiency in Revit and HAP (Hourly Analysis Program)
Advanced knowledge of BIM/CAD standards and analytical concepts
Demonstrated ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and deliver successful projects
Excellent understanding of public health engineering principles and practices
In-depth knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
Strong business development and client relationship management skills
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Commercial acumen and ability to manage project financials effectively
