Lead and oversee mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion
Develop and implement innovative mechanical design solutions for complex engineering challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
Perform detailed mechanical calculations and analyses to optimize system performance
Conduct quality assurance and control checks on projects and deliverables
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development
Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and regulations to maintain cutting-edge knowledge
Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies
Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate technical concepts effectively
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred
6-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on project leadership
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering analysis tools
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, calculations, and optimization
Experience with engineering software such as IES or HAP for system modeling and analysis
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
In-depth understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
Proven track record of developing innovative solutions to complex engineering problems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior engineers
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements
