What You’ll Do
Own features end-to-end — from idea to production
Write clean, scalable, maintainable code
Identify and fix performance and reliability bottlenecks
Work closely with product and ops to ship pragmatically, not perfectly

You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you must be comfortable learning fast and operating independently.
What You Bring
8-10+ years
of hands-on
engineering experience
Strong depth in
Python/Go
and
TypeScript/JS
Experience building and scaling production systems
Sharp problem-solving skills — frameworks are tools, not the point
Clear communicator, low ego, high ownership
Able to juggle priorities without hand-holding
Nice to Have
Experience with AWS, infra, or performance optimisation
Strong opinions on system design (and the ability to defend them)
Side projects or open-source work you’re proud of
