1) Deep knowledge of complete Transformer manufacturing process (Pre ovening) up to 765 KV /400 KV class
2) Good knowledge of Materials used in Transformer manufacturing.
3) Candidate should be capable of working with Excel, Word and Power point.
4) Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
5) Propose and implement improved manufacturing process as a part of continual improvement process.
6) Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
7) Knowledge of using process improvement tools like PFMEA.
8) Create detailed process documentation, work instructions, SOP's , SMS
9) Should have good knowledge of lean manufacturing method.
