JOB SUMMARY:
The Dynamics CE Functional Support Specialist with Field Service module experience is responsible for providing technical and functional support for the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) system, focusing on the Field Service and Customer Service module. This role works closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure system stability, resolve issues, and enhance processes related to Field Service operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
User Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support to end-users for the Dynamics 365 CE Field Service module, resolving issues, and troubleshooting functional and technical challenges in real-time.
Configuration & Customization: Assist in configuring and customizing the Field Service module to meet business needs, including workflows, service tasks, and resource scheduling.
System Monitoring: Monitor system health and performance, identifying potential issues early and working with IT teams to address them.
Incident & Problem Management: Track and manage incidents using IT support software, escalate issues to higher support levels when necessary, and document solutions for future reference.
User Training: Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for end-users to ensure optimal use of the Dynamics 365 CE Field Service functionalities.
Collaboration with Development Team: Work with Dynamics 365 developers to test new functionalities, customizations, and upgrades to ensure they align with business needs.
Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Field Service module and create reports or dashboards for performance tracking and analysis.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements, including opportunities for system enhancements or automation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE with a strong focus on the Field Service module.
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE, specifically Field Service module functionality (e.g., scheduling, dispatching, work orders).
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
Understanding of system integration, API usage, and data management within Dynamics 365.
